My watch (Rolex watch) just returned from you today and it looks just great. It now looks like a brand new watch. What a nice surprise. Thank you for taking care of it so well.

I did not receive back the "warranty" certificate that I sent you. Is this something that you want to keep or do you want me to have it back. When you get a moment, let me know what you are going to do with it.
